1. How do I renew my Domestic Professional Corporation (P.C.) or Professional Design Corporation (D.P.C.)?

Technically, a P.C. or D.P.C. (with the exception of Public Accountancy) are not renewed, however a triennial statement is routinely mailed to a P.C. or D.P.C. and must be returned to the Department in a timely manner. You can read more about the triennial statement for a P.C. at Section III Domestic Professional Service Corporations (PC) and for a D.P.C. at Section IV Foreign Professional Service Corporations (PC). If you have not received your triennial statement, you can contact the Professional Corporation Unit at 518-474-3817 Ext. 400 or OPCORP@nysed.gov.
