Licensed behavior analysts use learning-based methods to treat people diagnosed with a behavioral health condition. For example, they help their clients in areas such as managing behavior; social interactions; self-help and safety skills; communication; and academic and vocational skills. Examples of services:

  • create treatment plans and activities to help clients with their behaviors
  • develop treatment goals, protocols, and data collection systems
  • analyze data to assess progress and refine treatment goals
  • coordinate with family members and other health professionals
