The State Education Department's Physical Therapy web page has been updated to include a series of practice alerts, intended to provide physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and the public they serve with useful information on a variety of topics. Those topics include referrals, supervision, delegation of tasks, advertising, practice issues, recordkeeping, and permissible business entities. Developed in collaboration with the State Board for Physical Therapy, it is anticipated that the practice alerts will promote good practice and address many frequently asked questions.
