Phishing—or “vishing”—scams impersonate SED employees or websites attempting to collect licensure and personal information from the licensee. If you receive an inquiry which you believe to be suspicious do not provide any information. To verify if the inquiry was from OP, contact us directly. You may report any suspicious communication received to the Federal Trade Commission.

Below are the annual PN NCLEX pass rates for first-time test-takers. In each cell you will find the overall passing percentage above the number of students passing the NCLEX and the number of total students sitting for the test.

Adult programs are those intended for Adult students. Secondary Extended programs are for those individuals who enter the nursing program in the 12th grade of High School and complete the program after High School. Secondary programs are for students who enter the program in the 11th grade of High School and complete the program in the 12th grade of high school.
