Professional Misconduct and Discipline
This site contains information concerning professional misconduct, including how to file a complaint and search for disciplinary actions taken against licensees.
General Customer Service
The Office of the Professions has an automated customer service system that allows callers to verify licenses, request information, and hear automated messages 24 hours a day. Staff are available from 8:30am to 4:45 pm, Eastern time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
