State-of-the-Art Licensing and Registration

Measure 1: Fully implement On-Line Re-Registration for licensees over the next registration cycle.

Measure 2: Assess DPLS processes and identify at least 20 improvements.

Measure 3: Reduce DPLS and CompEd processing time and improve customer service.

Measure 4: Collaborate with newly hired Technology Program Manager to develop a written Project Plan and Project Schedule.
