  4. Amendments to Commissioner's Regulations (10:30 to 11:00 a.m.)The State Board will be discussing proposed and potential regulations to Commissioner's Regulations that affect the licensed professions including:
    1. Identification badge for licensed professionals amendment to 29.2(a)(9)
    2. Consider amendment to 29.2 for electronic record keeping
    3. Consider amendment to 59.8(c) regarding registration certificate or photo identification card
    4. Consider amendment to 59.5 or Part 29 to strengthen penalties for examination cheating
  5. Clarification of Supervisor's Qualifications (11:00 to 11:45 a.m.) The State Board will review forms to be sent by the Board office to supervisors when necessary to clarify whether the supervisor meets the qualifications in Commissioner's Regulations.
